When you have finished your shopping, unlike other tour operators, we do not take you to carpet factories or gold outlets. Instead, we transfer you to our boat where you will enjoy a freshly cooked barbecue lunch, before spending the afternoon lazing in the sunshine or taking advantage of a refreshing swim in the cool clear waters of the Med. Our office in Hisaronu was closed at the end of 2011. The administrative saving we have made from this have been passed straight onto you, our on line customers. Q Why book on line? Once booked, you will receive instant acknowledgement, by email, that we have received your booking request. Once we have had a chance to check your booking, we will email you again with confirmation of your reservation and your pick up times and meal options. We recommend you print out and bring your confirmation with you to resort as a reminder of your itinerary. As our system is computerised, you don’t need an actual ticket. Q Do you pick up from hotels/apartments/Villas A Yes, we pick up and return to your hotels from Calis, Fethiye, Ovacik, Hisaronu and Olu Deniz Q Do the tour prices include transfers? A Yes, all prices include transfers to and from your hotels. Q What if I want to change the day or date of a tour I have booked? Wherever possible, we are happy to change the details of your reservation (ie, date, time etc) Q Do children go half price? A Yes, children 0-6 years are free, 7 – 12 years half price Q Can we hire a private boat cruise? A Yes, on our website we have different capacity boats for your private hire at very reasonable prices Q Where do I go for the Turkish bath and what should I wear? A The Turkish bath is at the Pine Valley Hotel in Hisaronu. Swimming trunks and bikini are sufficient and you will be given a cotton wrap and slippers when you arrive at the Turkish bath. |
